- Deposits are non-refundable for re-scheduling or cancellations made in less than a 24 hour's notice, in addition to a missed appointment altogether.
- Emergency situations will be taken into consideration.

- Orders will be shipped within 10 days of receiving (GraceMarie Beauty).
- If an item is on back order, you will be notified. You may choose to receive partial order until respective item becomes available for shipping.
